I don't have 20 or 40 dollars to pay for a pair of wings that I'll wear once or twice, so I need to know how I can make a simple pair of fairy wings that'll still look good!
coat hangers with panty hose stretched over them, bend them to the shape you like use white panty hose and put glitter on them too.

They're really cheap at the halloween stores, like 3 or 4 dollars
